  I have been going here for 6 years now. I have had 6 different doctors, and the service from the doctors is far   from good. Most of the staff, not affiliated with your actual care seem to be very good. I have had one good doctor for about 4 months, then she was gone. Traded to another team and treated like I am an idiot by the nurse. Changed teams again and had the doctor tell me that one of the issues I have might just be something I have to deal with, before all my options are exhausted. Seems to me he just doesn't want to deal with it. I haven't given up on him yet. If he doesn't pan out in my opinion I'm thinking seriously about going to the civilian sector.
